India gets set ready for the 2012 Elantra Fluidic sedan, which is known as Avante in Hyundai’s home market, South Korea is launching in India on 13 Aug, 2012.
Hyundai Elantra will be available with two engine options, one petrol and one diesel. Petrol Elantra will be powered by a 1.8L four cylinder engine while the diesel Elantra will have a 2.0L four cylinder engine. The vehicle is a winner where safety features are concerned. 6 airbags, four wheel disc brakes and ABS are some of the safety features which will be offered with the Elantra which is why it has been named an IIHT Top Safety Pick.
